About the project

The SALVETE II project of the AGAPEDIA Foundation is concerned with the FöPromoting equal participation and the successful integration of third-country nationalsöin Germany. At our locations in Esslingen am Neckar and Geislingen an der Steige, we are testing innovative approachesäThe programme aims to integrate children aged 6 to 12 and their parents into society faster and better.

 

The project is a qualitative and quantitative expansion of our existing work in the open children's centres and is funded by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).üfor the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2028.örties.

Our goals

Our central goal is to improve the language and social skills of children and their parents in the long term by offering programmes tailored to the target group.ästrengthen them. We focus on a holistic approach that strengthens the family structure in the integration process and fosters direct dialogue with the host society.örties.

Target group

The project is aimed at third-country nationalsöWe are particularly focussed on people from non-EU countries who are permanently resident in Germany or are seeking a corresponding status, as well as their children. We attach particular importance to everyday language skills.öThe promotion, which is directlyäcan be applied in everyday life.

Scientific support

SALVETE II is being evaluated by an accompanying development research programme. The aim is to prove the effectiveness of our methods and set content standards for the future.üfor the futureüThe aim is to define future integration work.
