We ran another great vacation program during the autumn vacations!
30 children met with us for a week on the theme of "Circus, circus and upcycling art". Of course, our three volunteers Samira, Tamás and Yana and great volunteers were also there. We spent the day together, played, romped and laughed a lot, ate well and tried out lots of new things.
In our workshops, the children were able to choose from a varied program: Making music or dancing together, trying out different sports and, of course, getting a taste of different circus disciplines, such as juggling, unicycling, ball skating and playing the diabolo. There were also art projects, such as sewing bags from old sheets and then embroidering them or painting old bed slats and sticking embellished clothespins on them to make a memo board.
At the end of the week, the children presented a puppet show they had devised themselves and a unique circus show - a really great end to our wonderful week!
