On September 18, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of our Esslingen children's center in glorious sunshine! The more than 100 guests, friends, former children and companions of Agapedia, spent a wonderful afternoon in the garden of the Esslingen Children's Center with a great program of music, dance, juggling, a life painting and a fire show at the end! Jürgen Klinsmann praised the great commitment of the Esslingen team and the sustainable work with our children.
On this occasion, the European soccer association UEFA honored the Agapedia Foundation with its five projects as the winner of the "UEFA Foundation for Children Award 2021" with a prize of € 53,000 for 25 years of sustainable work for children in need and suffering.
