Pedagogical Specialist Social Pedagogue / Educator (m/f/d)

 

Location: Geislingen an der Steige
Job scope: 35-70%
Duration of employment: Limited to three years
Employment: at the earliest possible date
Qualifications: B.A. in Social Work or comparable, experience with participants, experience in the realisation of projects, experience in the field of social integration (with professional experience).

 

Your tasks include

  • Support with the implementation of the AMIF project at the respective location
  • Recruitment of participants 
  • Planning of pedagogically integrative group programmes for children (6-12 years)
  • Pedagogical realisation of creative, movement and art education programmes as part of the AMIF project (thematic realisation by honorary staff)
  • Language teaching
  • Support for open services in the children's centres
  • Organisation and support for campaigns

 

What you bring with you:

  • Completed studies or training in the field of social work, social pedagogy, educator, childhood pedagogy or comparable qualification
  • Experience in working with children 
  • Enjoy creative, movement-orientated and practical pedagogy
  • Intercultural competence and sensitivity for different realities of life
  • Patience, empathy and a clear, reliable attitude towards children
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative and the ability to reflect
  • Additional language skills are welcome, but not a requirement
  • Understanding of Christian values
